The Goldfinch: #BookReview of a Miraculous Read

Screen Shot 2017-06-15 at 1.34.43 PMWhat a treat to have a long (760-page) novel, The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, to engage me while stuck on the beach (for a trace of a breeze) in between workshops in sizzling early summer heat! It’s taken me 3 years to open this book, but once picked up, I couldn’t put it down.

I was entranced by the characters and plot from the very beginning. Thirteen-year-old Theo is at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with his single mother (a true art lover/historian), because they need to get out of a rainstorm before a meeting at his school about his possible suspension. There’s a terrorist bombing, and Theo survives while his mother does not.

Upon awakening in the rubble, Theo is called over by Welty, grandfather to a beautiful young redhead that Theo had been following around the museum. Welty dies in his arms, after giving him an antique ring with an address to bring it to, and telling him to take the painting, The Goldfinch, (that they had all been viewing prior to the terrorist attack), out of the smoking wreckage of the museum.

Theo survives, but with guilt for being alive, and PTSD that he suppresses with numerous legal and illegal drugs to the point of near obliteration. Despite his often despicable acts, it’s hard not to root for Theo, even when it seems futile, his Root and Heart Chakras seemingly closed beyond repair. We hope he will find balance in a world with no safety net for him, and that he will find love with the redhead who has also survived. We hope and hope, with little reason to.

In the end, I found this book as inspirational as many of the “spiritual” books I regularly read for this blog. It seeks to answer the large question about why some people seem destined to suffer.

Theo has a dream visitation from his mother at his darkest moment, after murder and mayhem in Amsterdam, and that is the turning point in his life and his search for a reason to live. He wonders why:

“…as cruelly as the game is stacked, that it’s possible to play it with a kind of joy?”

This fits into my view of the meaning of life — to celebrate life, beauty, love —whatever obstacles are in our way. The Goldfinch painting symbolizes all of these things for Theo, even though, like the bird, he is tethered to a chain of sorrow from which he will never be able to free himself.

Theo, through the author, refers to the beauty of art in general, and The Goldfinch, a  1654 painting by the Dutch artist Carel Fabritius (said to be the “missing link” between Rembrandt and Vermeer), in particular:

“Whatever teaches us to talk to ourselves is important: whatever teaches us to sing ourselves out of despair. But the painting has also taught me that we can speak to each other across time…. Nature (meaning Death) always wins but that doesn’t mean we have to bow and grovel to it. That maybe even if we’re not always so glad to be here, it’s our task to immerse ourselves anyway: wade straight through it, right through the cesspool, while keeping eyes and hearts open. And in the midst of our dying, as we rise from the organic and sink back ignominiously into the organic, it is a glory and a privilege to love what Death doesn’t touch.”

To me, the reader, these words refer to all things of beauty, including this beautifully written novel.

In a 2013 interview with The New York Times about the publication of this her third book, Tartt described her writing process, saying, “I was writing for a while not knowing what I was writing. That’s the way it’s been with all my books. Things will come to you and you’re not going to know exactly how they fit in. You have to trust in the way they all fit together, that your subconscious knows what you’re doing.”

As we all have to trust that our subconscious knows what we’re doing.

The Goldfinch is available on Amazon.com.

A Dog’s View of Love, Life, and Death: #BookReview and #AuthorInterview

Screen Shot 2017-04-11 at 10.44.11 AMCan man’s best friend help him move toward unconditional love?

In A Dog’s View of Love, Life, and Death, J. R. Archer has the reader travel to New York City to meet a cast of characters involved in life’s trials and tribulations. The unusual characters, ones we haven’t seen before, are the spiritually evolved dogs who enhance the lives of everyone they meet through their wise, telepathic communications – whether people or other animals.

After reading this book, you may be convinced dogs are smarter than humans, at least some of them. They show unconditional love, can read their owner’s emotions and soothe them with messages that they think come from within their own minds.

Unfortunately, dumb humans don’t always accept the messages, such as Robbie, one of the first characters we meet in the novel. Right before he jumps to his death, his dog Rosie sends him a gentle thought, “You don’t have to do this.” But having lost his girlfriend Dolores due to his addictions, he thinks there is nothing left for him, despite the dog’s message that there are “Many probabilities and endless possibilities.”

Rags, like Rosie, spends time at a dog shelter and explains their purpose on earth to other dogs less evolved. “There are plenty of humans out there who need our help,” Rags encourages an old Great Dane who was ready to give up trying for adoption. “Our purpose here is to help them with their evolution to a higher state of consciousness.” Rags explains telepathic connection and how most humans have lost that ability, finding it so much easier to speak.

We learn through Rosie that dogs’ default emotion is unconditional love and they are trying to help move humanity closer to that state.

All dog wisdom and no story? The exact opposite. Archer does a great job of writing a page-turner, complete with a murder mystery, love gone wrong, and anger out of control… interwoven with spiritual messages. This was the first I had read of “rescue circles,” which Dolores becomes part of to help those who died in a negative state move out of nothingness or blackness and into the light. It’s an intriguing view of Hell, and just one plot point that will keep you thinking, long after you finish the novel.

It ends on a high note, leaving you feeling hopeful and with a greater appreciation for the “oneness” of energy, whether it is enveloped in human or dog form, on earth or even in the afterlife.

Author Interview with J. R. Archer on A Dog’s View of Love, Life, and Death:

1) What inspired you to write this story?

In December 2014 my father had a stroke; then in December 2015 my mother had a stroke. As a result both were incapacitated. They had two dogs, Rosie and Rags, who they were no longer able to take care of, and so my partner and I took them in.

A couple of months later I was giving them their daily walk by the sea, which is close to our home, and the premise of the story popped into my head; the idea that dogs know more than we think they know.

A scene came to mind. A guy called Robbie, who was a friend of a friend, standing on the roof of a building contemplating suicide. Things are always popping into our minds, but for some reason, that day I went home and wrote down that scene. I’d never done that before.

The following day I went to the beach and another scene came to mind, and I went home and wrote it down. I continued this routine day after day and eleven weeks later I had the first draft of a story.

2) Do you recall how your interest in writing originated?

Before that day on the beach I’d never had any inclination or interest in writing a story—not even for a second. It was a nice and totally unexpected experience.

3) Have you personally had telepathic connections with dogs?

Prior to taking on Rosie and Rags I hadn’t had dogs of my own for more than thirty years. When I visited my parents they would sometimes remark that their dogs would often go and sit by the front door a few minutes before I arrived. They wondered if they could hear my car and recognised the sound. I debunked that theory when I got a new car and the dogs still sat by the door before I arrived. It seemed to happen too many times to be a coincidence.

4) Why did you choose the late 1980’s as the time frame for your novel?

In 1980 my wife and I went to buy a Harlequin Great Dane puppy. In the car on the way home we heard on the radio John Lennon had been shot and killed. We decided there and then to call the dog Lennon.

Lennon (my dog, not the musician) came to mind when I was writing the book and I decided to include him, and the story of how he got his name, in it. Having done that I realised that a Great Dane couldn’t be more than around ten years old, and that created the 1990 setting.

5) How do dogs (at least the ones in your novel) help humans evolve to a higher state of consciousness?

We often hear about dogs exhibiting unconditional love toward their owners. In the book, dogs influence people telepathically at a certain level, and some who are more advanced, interact with them, usually anonymously. They guide humans, and if the need arises, they try and help them see their lives from a more transcendent perspective.

6) Can you further expound on your description of Hell?

While we are alive we can feel blissful or hellish, whatever our circumstances, depending on our state of mind. In the book, Hell is a condition—a vibration we create with every thought and action, while we are experiencing our physical life. Once we “die” and discard our physical bodies, the positive and negative thoughts, traits, and actions, we’ve accumulated during physical life become magnified and amplified, and hence, we feel like we’re in so-called Hell or Heaven or somewhere in between.

7) The dogs in your novel are wiser than their human owners in some instances. What traits that dogs possess do you feel humans should value more?

The obvious one would be unconditional love. In the book, because the dog’s default state is unconditional love, forgiveness and non-judgment are also unconditional.

Maybe humans are moving toward that state, although right now, if you believe all the news, it doesn’t look that way.

8) As you describe in your book, what do you believe is our “ultimate reality?”

Readers will have to read the book to find that out.

9) What advice would you give to aspiring authors?

I don’t think I’m qualified to give advice but I do have some thoughts. Since I’ve written this book, friends have said to me that they’d started writing something, or thought about writing a book or a song, but hadn’t done it for various reasons, including lack of time, lack of motivation, fear of not being good enough, and so on.

Without wanting to sound morbid, I think the deathbed must be a good place to contemplate life. I imagine I’m at the end of my life and I ask myself; do I have any regrets about not doing something? Do I wish I’d written that letter to someone, or penned a book or anything I could still do? If the answer is yes, then that seems a good reason to do it. Fear of failure and fear of rejection seem to play a big part in why we do or don’t do things, and in the main, it seems to me an irrational fear.

10) What ways can readers connect with you?

I have a Facebook page and I can be contacted via White Crow Books by emailing info@whitecrowbooks.com.

A Dog’s View of Love, Life, and Death is available on Amazon.com.

The Spiritual Awakening Process: Coming Out of the Darkness and Into the Light, #BookReview and #AuthorInterview

Thanks to guest blogger, Lee Nourse, a freelance editor and writer, for interviewing author, Christine Hoeflich, and reviewing her book, The Spiritual Awakening Process: Coming Out of the Darkness and Into the Light.

The Spiritual Awakening Process BookCoverDo you believe Christ was a Shaman? Or that you can attain the power of a Shaman to reach your Divine Purpose? How about that major events in the Cosmos reflect a transformation that life on earth is currently going through? These thematic questions, addressed in Christine Hoeflich’s book, act as guideposts in the journey this author takes readers on.

Coming from some writers, these and other statements in the book may sound far-fetched. But with her engineering background, she approaches her investigation into the spiritual awakening process from a sound, logical perspective. What’s more, she presents her findings in crystal-clear English. So you don’t need a graduate degree in astronomy or theology to understand this book.

Christine’s writing style is fluid and conversational, captivating you with background information about the relevance of 2012 that many people still don’t know about.

If you’ll remember, many people feared that December 21 of that year would be the end of life on earth. The author informs us why the Mayan calendar ends on that date. She then ties it in to some physical changes occurring both in our galaxy and here on earth.

In the next section, Christine describes 5 steps you can take to connect with your inner shaman and transform your life! She is generous with insight into her own experiences, which serve to illustrate the kind of synchronistic moments that could slip by unnoticed in our own lives if we’re not paying attention. Which could be to our detriment because it could be a sign that the universe is speaking to our higher consciousness.

The Spiritual Awakening Process: Coming Out of the Darkness and Into the Light is a fascinating read. For me, the intrigue didn’t wane until the last page of the last chapter, where readers of her Spiritual Awakening Blog asked questions that Christine answered.

Interview with the Author:

Why didn’t you want to write this book when your friend the intuitive suggested it?

Because my first book, the book I completed a year and a half before this one, was painful to write and took years to complete. I didn’t want to go through that difficult process again. But after my friend told me I needed to write a second book, by the time I got out of bed the next morning, I realized that writing this book wouldn’t be nearly as bad, for several reasons, and it wouldn’t be as personal, either.

How did you discover Father Charlie Moore?

I attended some lectures in the San Francisco Bay Area on holistic and new age topics such as natural health, humanity’s ancient origins, ancient wisdom, spirituality and new living, and that’s how I came across Father Charlie Moore. I just went through a notebook of mine that I kept back then just for these kinds of topics and I see that I went to my first Father Moore lecture in February of 2001. From then on, I tried to attend his lectures whenever possible. He lived near Monterey and he’d drive to a Divine Science church in San Jose and that’s where I’d usually go to hear him speak.

Do you think that the Counsel of Light put Father Moore in your radar?

I think so. Right around the year 2000 I began searching for answers and was interested in holistic and spiritual topics. It was just a matter of time before I learned of him.

How important is it for readers to understand the phenomena in the solar system that you describe (pp.20-38) in order to understand The Spiritual Awakening Process?

It’s very important, as it illustrates the idea in the Bible that says, “As above, so below.” Plus, it gives readers hope that humanity is on the right path, that we just need to become consciously aware of the process we’ve been going through for millennia, and the noble reasons for our journey. There’s lots of wonderful confirmation and real hope in this book.

Is the ‘Fall from Consciousness’ your concept? When and how did you first come across it?

No, it’s not my idea. It’s been talked about by many spiritual teachers. And it goes way back to the Bible, when Adam and Eve “fell from grace,” in order to, in my opinion, gain real knowledge. In other words, the kind of knowledge that only comes from firsthand experience.

What’s next for you?

I will continue blogging and sharing about my two books, The Spiritual Awakening Process: Coming Out of the Darkness and Into the Light (available in Kindle version and paperback), and Reconnected: A Spiritual Awakening Memoir (which is the Kindle title; the hardcover title is What Everyone Believed: A Memoir of Intuition and Awakening).

They Serve Bagels in Heaven #BookReview and #AuthorInterview

They Serve Bagels in Heaven by Irene Weinberg Cover PhotoTHEY SERVE BAGELS IN HEAVEN is one couple’s story of Love, Eternity, and the Cosmic Importance of Everyday Life, based on the true-life story of Irene Weinberg, whose husband Saul died next to her in a tragic car accident. The amazing messages Irene received before, during and after the accident contained a Directive from Heaven, opening her to a profound Spiritual Awakening that took Irene on a healing journey from devastating loss to a renewed sense of inner strength, spiritual wisdom and passion for life.

After reading this funny, touching and inspiring eternal love story, you will gain comfort, solace and wisdom from its healing messages about love, crossing over, past lives, what heaven does about evil, soul mates, healing both in heaven and on Earth and more. You will surely both laugh out loud and weep when you read this earthy, humorous and magical story. THEY SERVE BAGELS IN HEAVEN will change your perceptions about your life today and give you hope for tomorrow.

Interview with author, Irene Weinberg:

Your book is deeply personal. What made you decide to share your story with readers?

After seventeen years of marriage, my beloved husband Saul died next to me in a tragic car accident. Before, during and after the accident, I, who did not believe in any notions of spirituality, received amazing, profound messages that contained a Directive from heaven, opening me to a profound Spiritual Awakening.

Two months after the accident, I found myself in a gallery with the medium John Edward. The incredible messages John channeled from my husband Saul to me included information that only Saul and I shared. This amazing experience inspired me to work with another medium who also channeled information from Saul to me, but this time, Saul answered questions I asked about some of his experiences in heaven, details of riveting past lives we had shared together, and gave me important insights into the cosmic importance of our everyday lives. This fascinating, exciting information prompted me to share the wisdom and insights I was learning from Saul with others, leading to my soul purpose, which was to write a book that would help people know that we do go on after death, that there is purpose to our travails while we are here on Earth – and also, as I was being pulled through the shattered window of my totaled car that night, I received the profound message to “be loving and kind to everyone.”

What would you like readers to take away from “They Serve Bagels in Heaven”?

The sudden car accident, which left my husband instantly dead next to me taught me that I have control over absolutely nothing in my life except my attitude in dealing with whatever life hands me. Before the accident, I had a lot of control issues. After the accident, I let most of them go and I’ve continued to let them go as the years pass by. As the EMT pulled me through the window of my car, I remember thinking “I will get through this somehow, because I need to be a role model for my son. He needs to know that you can get ‘hit by a grenade’ in life and keep on going.” Again, it’s all about your attitude.

Writing the book and receiving some harsh skepticism helped me to learn to hold on to “my truth” and to stop worrying about what others think. To this day, there are people in my life who are uncomfortable and skeptical about me, and my story. It is very challenging not to allow these people to intimidate me and for me, not to judge them. Now I see they are some of my best teachers, as they remind me to stay conscious, empowered and to hold on to “my truth.”

There were people in my life who were wonderful to me when I was suffering, but then turned on me when things started to get better. I realized then, that some people enjoy others’ suffering because they can feel powerful and become jealous when things start going well. So I have learned to BLESS AND RELEASE these toxic people from my life. (To be loving and kind to everyone, also includes me).

Before the accident, I usually took “the high road” due to the promptings of my gut; I now take “the high road” because I KNOW there is karma. I KNOW we go on, and I KNOW that certain people are placed in my life to help me learn certain lessons. I do not want to come back with lessons still to be learned. This knowledge motivates me to live consciously and to strive to “be clean” in my relationships. I have learned to be conscious about what I say and how I behave with people, because it may be our last interaction in this physical life. I have seen too many people distraught over their “shuddas, wuddas, and cuddas,” after their loved one is deceased.

What do you think makes your book different from others like it?

Unlike a textbook, a fantasy novel or even a guidebook, They Serve Bagels in Heaven is a love story that spans generations, filled with thoughtful words and thoughtful thoughts meant to be savored. In it the reader will find answers to questions about what heaven is like, what’s the deal with soul mates, do we each come here with a soul purpose, how does heaven handle evil and have we lived other lives besides this one we are living. All of this wisdom is woven into a love story that is a fascinating, easy read. And it is a true story!

How has your life changed since you’ve shared your story with others?

Before the accident, I usually took “the high road” due to the promptings of my gut; I now take “the high road” because I KNOW there is karma. I KNOW we go on, and I KNOW that certain people are placed in my life to help me learn certain lessons. I do not want to come back with lessons still to be learned. This knowledge motivates me to live consciously and to strive to “be clean” in my relationships!

I am no longer afraid of death because I know I will cross over and continue on. Instead I am now much more passionate about LIFE. I want to learn the lessons I came here to learn, stay detached from toxic people, and consciously be loving and kind to others and also to myself, so that I can enjoy every morsel if my life to the last drop!

What advice would you give aspiring authors?

Follow your truth and write. It is your own individual journey. Stay open to the possibilities!

Bringing Heaven to Earth with Dr. Christiane Northrup: Making Life Easy #BookReview

Screen Shot 2017-05-10 at 2.23.55 PMA book I have had for many years and still reference is Dr. Christiane Northrup’s groundbreaking Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom. Now, her latest book, Making Life Easy will join it on my “indispensable book” shelf.

In this book, Dr. Northrup shares all the insight she has gained in her 60-something years to help readers find peace and well-being not only in body, but also mind and Spirit. And also how they are inextricably connected in creating your own personal heaven in your life.

She writes how as an OB-GYN trying to make a difference in her practice, honoring the wisdom of women’s bodies, she faced roadblocks until she discovered that… “my strength and help lay in my connection with the Creator rather than simply myself.”

So how does one connect with Divine inspiration? First, she writes we need to understand that we are Souls rather than bodies, and accept the concept of reincarnation and clear karmic baggage from past lives.

“Understanding the true immortal nature of yourself – understanding that your Soul is on a journey through many lifetimes – is a powerful tool in your efforts to make life easy.”

Dr. Northrup describes how to get in touch with the Divine, establishing a relationship with the nonphysical aspect of yourself. One of the first things she explains is how to understand the obstacle of the ego and love it away. She shares healing processes such as Past-Life Regression, Divine Love Petitions, How to Work with and Interpret your Dreams, Simple Meditations, and Consciously Receiving From Nature.

So, what is the purpose of all these processes? To have more faith in God and the Divine than we do in our own ego, which uses fear to protect oneself from feeling pain, loss and sorrow.

How often do we try to make sense of things that go wrong in our lives? She writes:

“Faith that things happen for a reason is really the only way through…. When you practice true surrender and offer everything to the Divine – over and over and over – you will eventually discover true spaciousness and peace opening up before you and within you. You will have transformed your fear into faith.”

Once Dr. Northrup shares her insight into your Soul, she provides advice on how to best take care of your body, from stretching and releasing your fascia, regular exercise, practicing balance, eating well, and enhancing food with love.

One of the most interesting sections of the book, for me, was the chapter on Tending Your Vital Life Force… that Sacral Chakra creative surge that comes through our bodies, minds and Spirits as physical pleasure, desire, excitement, sexuality, curiosity, art, music, and reproduction of the species. Dr. Northrup explains the deep connection between sexuality and spirituality and shares how to Turn Yourself On to Life, Pursue Pleasure Deliberately, Engage in Mindful Sexual Expression, and Owning and Operating Your Erotic Anatomy.

Making Life Easy ends with a chapter on the Power of Community, and how to find your “tribe,” the people with whom you can have a real connection, acceptance and intimacy.

To become part of Dr. Northrup’s tribe, connect through her Internet radio show Flourish!, on social media, and her website, www.drnothrup.com.

Life-Changing Foods from the #MedicalMedium: #BookReview

aIs there life-giving magic in fruits and vegetables? Can they transform you – body, mind and spirit? In Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods, Anthony William says they can. Just look at the book’s subtitle: Save Yourself and the Ones You Love with the Hidden Healing Powers of Fruits & Vegetables!

For many years I have pushed fruits and vegetables as part of The Chakra Energy Diet, as they bring needed color and nutrients to your plate, and greater balance, vitality and health to your body. And I was so pleased to read more about the benefits of these incredible gifts from the Earth.

In his latest book, Life-Changing Foodsthe Medical Medium explains the many mystery illnesses for which doctors don’t have a cure. Anthony William says more than 200 million people in the U.S. alone deal with these illnesses, from chronic fatigue to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, to cancer and many chronic illnesses. He says we need to look at the root cause of these illnesses – what he calls The Unforgiving Four: radiation, toxic heavy metals such as mercury, the viral explosion such as Epstein-Barr Virus, and DDT (an insecticide revealed 50 years ago to wreck health) which is still in our environment. And our stress culture makes it just that much harder for our bodies to cope with these added assaults.

But wait, William follows his “doom and gloom” of toxins in our environment with The Holy Four life-changing foods: fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and wild foods.

We’ve all heard about the benefits of turmeric, yes? But William breaks down every one of the edibles he includes in The Holy Four explaining why they’re good for your well-being. Physically, he says turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and can also break the pattern of diseases such as lupus in which Epstein-Barr virus creates a continuing immune response. He lists the many conditions turmeric will help and the symptoms it can relieve. What was new for me, and probably will be for most readers, is the Emotional Support turmeric provides (if you have trouble with self-worth, turmeric is ideal). There are also Spiritual Lessons to be learned from turmeric (it can relieve inflammation that causes judgment, blame, rage or perpetual dissatisfaction).

Following a breakdown of each food’s properties and its uses, this book offers tips on how to best use the food, plus a recipe – in the case of turmeric, immune-boosting Turmeric-Ginger Shots.

On a sweeter note, William gives us insight into Wild Blueberries, which hold thousands of years of healing wisdom.

“The very first wild blueberry plants to take hold in North America passed on their survival knowledge to the planets that followed them, so that the wild blueberries we blend into a smoothie today are rich with generations of information.”

And he recommends picking your organic or wild berries yourself (an unmatchable grounding technique) and eating them unwashed for the elevated bionics they contain that no probiotic pill can match. He then offers a delicious recipe for Berries and Cream, made from whipped coconut milk.

Above all, I love this book because it explains how central food is to saving yourself – your health of body, mind and spirit. And he debunks food fads, letting you page through the many Life-Changing Foods and putting them together into just the right diet for you.

Advice Needed for Mysterious Chronic Illnesses: #MedicalMedium #BookReview

aaFor the last year, I’ve been told I needed to read Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal. I just finished it and found it quite illuminating on the cause of many of today’s illnesses that confound the medical community, from Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia to Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Just imagine being a 4-year old child at the dinner table hearing a voice just outside his right ear saying, “I am the Spirit of the Most High. There is no spirit above me but God.” The child then saw a strange man with gray hair, a gray beard, wearing a brown robe, stand behind his grandmother and wave him over. He then put the child’s hand on his grandmother’s chest and told him to say the words, “Lung Cancer.” Of course, grandma’s diagnosis turned out to be true, and Anthony William, the Medical Medium, has been sharing health information from Spirit ever since. He didn’t choose this gift, in fact he fought it for many years as a total distraction from the life he wanted, but when Spirit and an Angel saved him and his dog from drowning, he kept his promise to devote his life to healing.

While his story could be considered unbelievable, the tens of thousands of people who say they have been helped by his accurate diagnoses and treatment suggestions (usually special foods and herbs) attest to his veracity.

Who is this Spirit that talks to William? “Compassion. I am literally the essence of the word compassion. I sit at the fingertip of God.”

And no one needs more compassion than sufferers of chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and other problems that the medical community has never found the cause of or cure for. Rather, many of these sufferers were told their problems were only psychological, increasing their frustration. Well, in Chapter 3 of Medical Medium, William exposes the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) for creating the secret epidemic of mystery illnesses. He also says EBV is the cause of major maladies that medical professionals think they understand but really don’t – including thyroid disease, vertigo and tinnitus.

Many of my friends and clients suffer from these ailments, so I was excited to see that Medical Medium also offers information on healing from the virus. The healing foods he recommends are all in the category of colorful fruit and vegetables (my favorite Chakra balancing foods as well). Wild blueberries top the list, and are followed by celery, sprouts, asparagus, spinach and many more. The healing herbs and supplements he recommends to heal from EBV includes Cat’s Claw, Silver hydrosol, Zinc, and Spirulina from Hawaii.

Anthony William also uncovers the secrets behind Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Thyroid problems, Diabetes and Hypoglycemia, Adrenal Fatigue, Candida, Migraines, Shingles, ADHD and Autism, PTSD, Depress, PMS and Menopause, Lyme Disease and Digestive disorders.

If you or someone you know experiences any of these problems, I highly recommend buying a copy of Medical Medium and sharing the advice on “How to Finally Heal.” The remedies are delicious – lots of raw fruit and veggies. Plus, William provides Soul-Healing Meditations and Techniques and the truth as he knows it about Angels. Did you know you had to call on an Angel’s help “out loud,” not in your mind for them to pay attention?

aThe many case studies in the book helped me leap over any skepticism I had about Anthony William’s message. If you have faith and take the lessons he offers to heart, he promises that your life can transform and you’ll understand how God, Spirit and the Angelic Realm want us all to thrive.

I’m sorry to say he is no longer available to take on individual clients, but in writing Medical Medium and his latest book, Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself and the Ones You Love with the Hidden Healing Powers of Fruits & Vegetables, Anthony William has been able to reach so many more people. You can also check his website www.MedicalMedium.com for information on his weekly radio show and blogs.
